As well as amazon, I've also found Dolphin Music. They are selling the Peavey Viper Amp 75 for the same price and it seems to be in stock. It seems weird to buy musical gear from Amazon to me - I'd rather get to a shop and listen to the sound it makes, so thanks for the review!
